Wonderful

We stayed twice at this hotel. The first time we had what was called a garden view. This turned out to be a street view and rather noisy. For the second stay we had a pool view which was much quieter and lovely.

Please don't call a street view a garden view.

What was the highlight of Kenzi Rose Garden

Lovely relaxing Christmas break with sunshine while Britain suffered fog.

The breakfast is a huge buffet catering to many cultural tastes, spotlessly clean with containers constantly monitored and refilled. For other meals there are three restaurants to choose from: Moroccan, Italian and L'Orangerie where the breakfast is served every morning. There are three swimming pools in the beautifully landscaped gardens with cabins where drinks and snacks may be ordered. Best of all though are the staff, without exception, they were all really nice and helpful especially to my 94 year old mother who uses crutches. The concierge produced a wheel chair without being asked and it was loaned to us for our entire stay.

Nothing I can think off. The walk in shower was fabulous with plentiful hot water and toiletries were supplied. If you need conditioner for your hair take your own otherwise no problems. At this time of year the room was warm when I checked in so I switched off the controls and kept the window open. It can be chilly in the morning until the sun gets high enough and again in the evening so the room cooled down to suit me.

Great hotel and location! Plus the food is fantastic!

Great location, hotel was lovely. Pools were great, food was fantastic. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our room had some drops of coffee stains in the corner which weren't cleaned. We asked reception for slippers (none were in the room when we arrived) and we had to repeatedly ask. Eventually we just asked the cleaning staff when we saw them.

Location is good

The hotel room was very far from the reception, I called the staff several times for the iron. There was no showel gel in the room. The room was a twin room but had items for one person such as glasses and toothbrush etc.

Decent hotel.

The swimming pool was amazing. The room was so nice, clean and big. The bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast tasted good too and there were lots of seating options. Location was good, close enough to everything, e.g. 10 mins from both Jemaa El Fnaa and the airport. There are nice restaurants too near Menara Mall which are like a 10 minute walk away. The spa ladies were really lovely too.

The air conditioning didn’t give out any air and when we called the reception about it, they said that it doesn’t work. A bit misleading as ‘air conditioning’ is listed on the room details. The weather was in the late 20s too so quite hot..

We had a lovely time, but simple things that are easily added could have made it amazing.

The hotel looks beautiful and reception areas are very stylish. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and the beds are VERY comfortable. The pool area is fabulous and the food and restaurants are great.

The rooms that face the road have balconies but are incredibly noisy all night but the rooms facing the pool have no balconies. The breakfast hall in the mornings is horrific, the coffee station needs to move into the other room and the pancakes outside to the pancake hut. Only one pool is heated the other is like ice and is not usable. When checking out there is no changing room for people with a late flight. No shower and no hairdryer. The tv in the rooms do not have any English channels. There are no usb charging points in rooms. The staff are lovely especially concierge, all except the customer service lady who was so rude. Both rooms were not quite ready by check in, however we had turned up 3 hours early and requested adjoining but it was a long wait after a flight… it took 3 hours to get a room ready?

We liked the location of the hotel. We liked the food - we only had breakfast there. The room we had was a standard double room no balcony facing the pool/ gardens so it was quiet.

The heated pool was not really heated until the end of our stay. I presume there was a fault with the heating pump as I saw people working on it.I would say pool was only heated 1 day out of the 7 to a level that made it pleasant to be in. I didn't like the cost of dinner which was about £20 per person quite a lot considering a meal out for 2 in a restaurant was around £25 to £30

Really enjoyed it.

Fabulous spa and good value for money. Breakfast was amazing albeit very busy the later you go. The kids splash pool was perfect for my toddler to enjoy.

Had a great stay, facilities were really good especially the shower which was nice and hot

Spent 3 nights here in Feb 2024. Big hotel, nice rooms, lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Pool area was really nice. Staff are friendly and helped whenever it was needed. Money exchange available at a decent rate at front desk. Lots of taxis directly outside of the hotel. About 5 minutes into the main square. You can walk it in 20 I would happily book again.

Great location but the staff is prone to miscommunication

The location of the hotel is very good, quite central and a short walk from restaurants and shopping malls. The facilities are satisfactory. The outdoor heated pool is a bonus.

The reception staff is very unprofessional. It took us 30 minutes to check in as 3 staff members couldn't find our reservation and were confused by the fact that we had made two reservations on consecutive days. Finally employee Hanae managed to proceed with our check in. The reception staff misinformed us that dinner would be served at the hotel's main restaurant and when the restaurant wouldn't open kept telling us that it would open later and later only for the restaurant staff to finally inform us that it would not open at all. The food at the hotel's Italian restaurant is completely unsatisfactory.
